Currently, I lead and manage UX end to end design experiences within Amex e-commerce shop focused on- acquisition, prospects, product display page (PDP) within Amex global market. I sit within the Enterprise Design & Research Team also responsible for the UX of account management, upgrade, privacy, compliance, risk, rewards & loyalty etc.
Before Amex, I was a Senior UX designer at Pizza Hut Digital & Technology focused on responsive web and mobile experiences for menu, product display pages and basket environment.
In my 1.5 years at Innovation Group, I lead end-to-end desktop dashboard designs for claims management views, insights analytics pages, account setup and approval pages for consumer accounts managing claims in the motor & property journey.
For over a year, I provided advisory services on accessibility design for game streaming, account setup and management for prospect and registered account holders.
As an individual contributor focused on designing existing customers and prospects experiences for E-money accounts & wallets, I was responsible for new and existing account setup, funding, transfers, KYC, AML, verification journeys for individuals and small business accounts.
